Brands trust us with their reputation. These are the rules we hold ourselves to in return.

Authorized sourcingInventory is purchased only from brand owners and authorized distributors. We do not buy through liquidation channels, gray-market resellers or unauthorized third parties, and we can document the source of every unit we sell.
Pricing policy complianceWe adhere to MAP and all supplier pricing policies. Our pricing is set to protect the value of the brand, and we respond promptly to any pricing concern raised by a supplier.
Authentic productsAll goods are sold new, genuine and in original manufacturer packaging. We never sell expired, damaged, repackaged or altered product.
Brand integrityProduct listings follow each brand's guidelines for content and presentation. We do not create unauthorized listings, bundles or variations, and we will adjust or remove a listing at a brand's request.
Reliable paymentInvoices are paid in full and on agreed terms. We are happy to prepay opening orders while a credit relationship is established.
Marketplace complianceWe operate in good standing under Amazon's seller policies and maintain the business registrations, tax documentation and records our suppliers and the marketplace require.

Brand Protection

We sell only through the channels we disclose during onboarding and honor any channel or territory restrictions in a supplier's distribution policy.

We keep titles, images and descriptions accurate and on-brand, and flag incorrect or misleading content on shared listings to the brand.

If a policy changes or a concern arises, a direct call or email to our owners is all it takes. We respond within one business day.
