Procurement
We purchase directly from manufacturers and authorized distributors. Opening orders are followed by consistent, forecast-driven replenishment based on actual sell-through, so suppliers see steady, predictable demand.

Receiving & Inspection
Every shipment is received at our Cincinnati, Ohio facility and checked against the purchase order. Units are inspected for damage, packaging condition and, where applicable, expiration dates before entering inventory.

Storage & Preparation
Inventory is stored in a clean, organized warehouse and prepared to marketplace requirements — labeling, protective packaging and bundling only where permitted by the brand.

Distribution & Fulfillment
Prepared inventory ships to Amazon fulfillment centers for Prime-eligible delivery. Select items are fulfilled directly from our own facility, giving us flexibility on oversized and fast-moving products.

Marketplace Retail
Products are offered to customers nationwide through Amazon with accurate product content, consistent pricing and responsive customer service.
